(aka: P. inflatum A1K-204) Polygonatum 'Cheju Giant' is another unique Solomon's seal, selected on Korea's magical Cheju Island. This particular selection of the Korean P. inflatum is much more robust than typical, forming a clump of 2'+ long stems. The bottom 1' of the stem is upright and bare, while the top 1' arches at a 90 degree angle and is adorned with large, 5" long x 3" wide, exquisitely pleated green leaves. The dangling green flowers are held below the leaves (often solitary) and encased in oversized green bracts. In fall, large blue-black berries replace the faded flowers. This is an extraordinarily beautiful woodland foliage plant. Pot size: 24 fl. oz (709.77 ml)
