We are thrilled to be able to offer this new introduction from Rob Gardner at the NC Botanical Garden. It is a sister to the popular Baptisia 'Purple Smoke'. This cross of B. sphaerocarpa x B. alba makes a vigorous, easy-to-grow, 3' wide garden specimen of blue-green foliage. B. 'Carolina Moonlight' is topped in late spring with stunning 18" spikes of soft buttery-yellow. This great lupine substitute is long-lived, heat-loving, and drought tolerant...you can't say the same for true lupines! Pot size: 24 fl. oz (709.77 ml)
