Dahlia 'Kiss' is another selection from the wonderful Happy Series, forming a compact 2' tall clump of very dark, nearly black foliage, topped with clusters of 5" wide salmon-orange flowers. The flowers, which top the plant from late June until frost, are highlighted by a red ring at the base of the petals. Don't you know someone who deserves a 'Kiss'?
