Web-Only! From Dutch clematis breeder Wim Snoeijer comes a new semi-climbing clematis that dazzled me on my 2004 trip to Wim's nursery in Holland. Clematis 'Fascination' is a very floriferous hybrid (C. integrifolia x C. fusca) that is adorned with small, glossy, flared, bell-shaped violet flowers, each edged in white.
